Constance Tyce – Appointed Governor

Constance Tyce has been an Appointed Governor at Antingham and Southrepps Primary School since July 2015. She is also a director of North Norfolk Academy Trust and Chairs the Personnel Committee of Sheringham High School, where she has been a governor for over twenty-five years. Now retired, Constance’s professional career has included being a Primary Adviser for Norfolk’s Children’s Services. She has also been a Headteacher of a first school, and Headteacher of a nursery school and Children’s Centre. Since retiring she has worked for the National College of School Leadership as a mentor and assessor on one of their Leadership programmes.

Doug Wright – Community Governor

Doug Wright retired at sixty and moved from Yorkshire to Norfolk. He has served on the local Parish Council and also as a school governor for nearly 2 years. He is the linked governor for Safeguarding. Doug is married with three children and eight grandchildren. He previously worked in the field of electrical engineering before leaving the industry, aged thirty-five, to work in Further Education as a lecturer in engineering. He held positions as Senior Lecturer and Assistant Director of Faculty in Technology. After leaving the Further Education Sector fourteen years later, Doug set up a property renovation and rental business.
