Extra-curricular activities

Extra – Curricular Activities

We hold a range of after school clubs including an after school cricket, multi sports and tag rugby club and a more recent, knitting and crochet club.

All of these clubs are very popular and are led by highly skilled and trained parent helpers, teachers and Premier Sport’s instructors. Children have opportunities to learn woodwind instruments, violin, cello, keyboard, guitar and saxophone through our County music services team.

Lunchtime & After-school Clubs

This term we have been able to organise a wide range of lunchtime and after-school clubs for all year groups across the school.

Leaflets have already been distributed for the clubs run by Premier Sports and spare copies are available in the school office.  Separate letters will be distributed for Art Club and Football club.

Tag Rugby Club - Teachers will organise for lists to be put up in their classes for pupils to sign up.

Crochet/Knitting Club is a lunchtime drop is session run by two volunteers from the village and pupils are welcome to come along and have a go!

For pupils who have music lessons, please note the new days and times for Guitar & Ukulele and Woodwind lessons commencing this week.  Please ensure your child brings their instrument and music on these days.
