Special Christmas Delivery Service

Antingham and Southrepps Primary School children had a wonderful festive treat last week thanks to the school's amazing local Royal Mail postman Andrew Harrison. The children in the new Buttercups nursery class and the mixed Reception/Year 1 class had written letters to Santa but due to the rural location of the school, walking to a postbox to post the letters was not going to be possible. However after a chat with Andrew, he and the teachers were able to make the children's wishes come true! Andrew organised to collect the letters personally from the children, and he made the experience extra special with his brilliant costume, magic dust and Santa post sack. The children were over the moon that their letters would be sent specially to Santa! The school would like to say a huge thank you to Andrew and the Royal Mail for this wonderful experience for the children.
