Student support services

Student support services

Students at Stalham High School are supported by a variety of individuals: parents, subject teachers, Heads of Students Progress (HoSP) support staff and senior staff, but mainly form tutors.

Form tutors are directly responsible for knowing each individual student in their form and for being the first line of contact/action in helping any student to cope with his or her difficulties.

Each form group has students from years 7-10 within it – these work as large ‘families’ supporting each child. Students remain in the same form group until the end of year 10.

Contact for Parents

Although Care and Guidance is the responsibility of all staff, the first contact for parents should be Ms Beck, our Pastoral Support Worker/Inclusion Manager. She can be contacted via reception on 01692 580281 or by e-mail, pbeck@stalhamhigh.co.uk
